Do we need to hire a marquee?

Yes. A marquee is not included in our offering.

Do we need to hire chairs and tables?

Yes. We do not supply tables or wedding chairs or any other furniture/props etc.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes.  But please see our policy regarding this.

Do we need to hire bar staff?

Yes. Normally your caterer/planner will be organizing this for you.

Can we bring in a caterer?

Yes. However, Block295 can recommend catering teams for you. You’re also welcome to bring in any food vans and other caterers.

Do you we need to bring portable toilets on a trailer?

Yes. This is essential, no port-a-loos.

Do you have a noise curfew?

Yes. Like most venues, amplified music must cease by 11.00pm, with all music ceasing by 12.00am. Noise during the entire wedding must not go over 80 decibels.

Can our guests camp on site?

No, sorry. No camping or caravans allowed. However, there is a lot of accommodation in Raglan, we can send you a list of these if need be. We advise advance booking for accommodation for wedding guests.
